EXTREAMY SOFT. The cap is very snug. it holds close to my head and i haven't styled it yet but is not as volumes as depicted in the photo. overall i love it and will buy from these sellers again.

My first wig! Amazed at how silky and realistic the hair is, with beautiful natural shading! So pleased. There is some shedding, I don't know if that is normal. At the crown you can just slightly see the cap, but the hair may settle and cover that small spot. Fits well. Overall, very pleased with this wig!
