Returns & Refunds Policy

At ewigsna, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered in any way.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

4. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Customized wigs, as well as wigs that have been worn or altered, cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
